Radiant Calm

This class is designed to bring balance and healing to your system. Join me in a radical self-care practice of slowing down, deepening our breath, and being present with our emotional, physical, mental, and energetic bodies. Release stress, settle your nervous system, recharge, regenerate and bask in your bliss.

Radiant Revive

A more active practice that includes feminine form 

movement (think more circular movements, less linear). Play, dance, feel, and flow from the heart. 

Vinyasa Flow

A grounded practice focusing on building strength, mobility and play while enhancing prana flow in the body and clearing the mind. You are invited to move like yourself while finding the freedom within the exploration of your own practice. Suitable for all levels. 

Gentle Yoga

A gentle, calming and often invigorating version of your practice. Rejuvenate and heal the body with a more restorative focus.
